Digital Rewards
Please note digital rewards will be sent out via Backerkit at the same time as physical rewards are posted for new comics in production - unless print delivery has been impacted and all backers will be notified that digital rewards will be being sent earlier. For already existing digital comics (Arks Volume One/ Arks Issue 4/ Arks Proximan) where possible rewards will be sent earlier via Backerkit surveys.

Where's my Arks Issue Five Digital Reward?
Arks Issue Five is currently in production, due for completion Dec 2024. Once it has been finished the digital version of the comic will be made available via Backerkit and will be emailed to you. We will of course keep you updated on the comics production over the coming months via our Kickstarter page and emails until then.

Thank you section
If you have backed at a pledge level that includes your name in the Thank you section we will ask you to nominate how you would like to appear on the page (with the exception of any swear/ or silly names). If we don’t hear from you in time for print don’t worry you won’t miss out - we will use your Kickstarter name that you have listed. NB this maybe just your first name / or nickname that you have entered into Kickstarter when you set up your profile. You can also opt out not to have your name included.

Asking for shipping now, but not charging cards until later
Shipping payment is being requested now as we now have an accurate weight for the comic and packaging so we are able to pass on actual rather than estimated costs, which in turn, helps keep the cost as low as possible. We will only charge backers cards for shipping closer, to when we are due to ship your comics so we will not be charging cards for shipping until Oct/Nov 2024

Using up weight available on your shipping charge
As our comics have a fair few pages, it does mean that with packaging we nudge just over the 250g large letter charge, by about 35g /40g for standard/special editions. Leaving 215g/210g available in that postal bracket. The same for the Volume One, which tips over the 500g by 85g, leaving 165g available. Which could be used to add additional items to your cart before moving up to the next postal category. You can see what’s available before moving into the next postage category when you come to the add on section in Backerkit.

How long will it take to arrive once posted?
Once posted Royal Mail provide the following estimates for International Standard Shipping: Items usually reach Europe within 3-5 working days And the rest of the world within 6-7 working days

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
